Brian Murphy has spent more than twenty years on the operations side of hospitality — hotels, bars, restaurants and cruise. Somewhere around seventy or eighty venue openings, across markets that demanded the work be done properly the first time.

What that adds up to isn't theory. It's a feel for how a room makes money and how it loses it — the rhythm of a service, the cost of an empty Tuesday, the difference between a promotion that fills a night and one that just discounts the busy ones.

Murphy & Co. is that experience brought home to Irish independent venues. We bring two decades of international best practice to the people running one good room and trying to keep it full — and we show up in person to do it.
